At Chef Chew’s Kitchen, we proudly ship nationwide so you can enjoy our craveable plant-based comfort food wherever you are.

All orders are made fresh and shipped frozen in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain quality from our kitchen to your doorstep. During transit, your order will begin to thaw and will typically arrive refrigerated and cold to the touch, which is completely normal and safe.

We use fast 2-Day delivery once your order ships to ensure your food arrives in great condition. Because each order is prepared to order, you can expect delivery within 7–10 days from the time you place your order—often sooner depending on volume and location.

Orders typically ship early in the week and arrive between Wednesday and Friday to avoid weekend transit delays.

When your order arrives, it is ready to cook. For best quality, please place any items you do not plan to cook right away into the freezer.
